Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Perth, Western Australia.
What are pre-order products?
Pre-order items are products that are not currently in stock at our warehouse but are available for purchase on our website. When you place a pre-order, you're securing your item ahead of time.
We will always update you on the product page with the estimated shipping time before making your purchase.
When will pre-order products be shipped?
Once they arrive at our warehouse, we’ll ship them out to you as quickly as possible!
Please note, if you purchase both in-stock and pre-order items in one order, your entire order will be shipped when the pre-order item arrives. If you'd like to receive your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for those.

Where are your towels made?
Our towels are consciously manufactured in China.
What are your towels made from?
Our towels are made from GRS-certified 80% recycled polyester and 20% polyamide.
How do I take care of my towel?
You can take good care of your Sunney towel by:
- Rinsing after pool use
- Hang to dry
- Hand wash or cold machine wash with like colours
- Avoid optical brighteners, bleach, and fabric softeners
How long will it take to get my order?
We dispatch orders within 1 day.
For customers who choose Australia Post Express, most orders arrive within 1-3 business days.
For customers who choose our free Australia Post Standard shipping option, most orders arrive within 2-8 business days.
While the vast majority of our orders arrive on time, once in a while an order may be delayed for reasons outside our control.

What is your returns policy?
If you're not satisfied with your towel, we accept returns for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery on full-priced items.
Items purchased at a discount or as part of a bundle are not eligible for a refund, but may be exchanged for free for any in-stock or pre-order item.
We encourage mindful purchases and do not cover the cost of return shipping.
All returned items must be in new condition and sent back in their original, intact packaging.
