What is your return policy?
If you're not satisfied with your towel, we accept returns for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery on full-priced items.
Items purchased at a discount or as part of a bundle are not eligible for a refund, but may be exchanged for free for any in-stock or pre-order item.
We do not cover the cost of return shipping.
All returned items must be in new condition and sent back in their original, intact packaging.

We are happy to assist you with an exchange of your order, within 30 days of delivery.

Once we receive your towel we'll send the new one straight out.
My towel arrived damaged or faulty, what do I do?
Every product is hand checked before it gets sent to you. Email hello@wearesunney.com with your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice. Return shipping is covered by us in this case.
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as we have received and accepted your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method at checkout (credit card, PayPal, etc).
Depending on your bank, that may take 4 to 8 business days. That timeline is set by your bank and outside our control, but we process our end as quickly as possible.
